About

For as long as I can remember I have been deeply passionate about music, especially the piano’s timbre and sound world. Born into a family of non-musicians, my first life-changing experience was the intense realisation that what I wanted to do in life was play the piano. Indeed, to this day I am still deeply inspired by the world of classical music and feel very privileged to be a small yet active part of this captivating musical universe.

To quote a well-known Greek saying: “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.
It means that beauty always has a unique individual interpretation and is a personal and subjective experience, rather than something tangible, fixed, or objective. I believe it is true about music as well. This is why one could say it is not the music itself that is full of emotions, feelings, and ideas but an individual: the one listening to it, the one composing it and the one playing it. I believe that this is the reason why live performances have such a tremendous effect on the public and this is also why I would like to spend a substantial part of my life playing for people.
